   “Lellux” is a luxury House of Character located in the picturesque village of Qala. It has been very recently built and includes many old features such as arches, wooden beams, stone slabs, two traditional wooden balconies and a lovely stone staircase.  The ground floor consists of a lovely arched sitting room, one double bedroom, bathroom, a very large fully equipped stone kitchen combined with a sitting room, a wooden open fireplace and satellite TV.  The ground floor also includes a 5 person indoor heated Jacuzzi and a well sized pool (16x28 feet) and also deck with BBQ area at the back of the house.

          The internal stone staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite.  The other 2 share a separate shower room.  A sunbathing terrace overlooks the pool area.  A spiral wrought iron staircase leads to another double bedroom with ensuite shower and a terrace overlooking the pool.

          This property is ideal for guests looking for a peaceful and a relaxing holiday.

Long Term Rental

     Just refurbished and fully furnished on a modern style first floor apartment in the heart of Xlendi bay.  The accommodation consists of three double bedrooms (one of them with a shower ensuite), open plan kitchen / living room, bathroom and front and rear balconies enjoying country views.  This apartment is located in a very quite area and close to all amenities, just 4 minutes walk from the sea (It must be seen!!!)
